This apartment is located on the first floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central hot and cold air-concitioning and electric water heating. The price of rent includes council tax, bed linen, a cleaning service every 10 days and utilities (water, electricity, heating and Wi-Fi). The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 month) and the maximum stay is 150 days (5 months). You can dry your washing using a rack inside the floor.

A modern 55 sqm apartment featuring one bedroom, a large open plan kitchen and living area, and a bathroom with a bathtub. This exterior apartment is nicely presented and has lovely wooden floors which add to the overall warmth and character. It is located on Fuentes street, right in the centre of town, within close proximity to some of the city's main landmarks such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza de Oriente, the Royal Palace and the Teatro Real. The lively Mercado de San Miguel, a must-see attraction for anyone visiting Madrid, is also a short walk away.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom is large and absolutely gorgeous, equipped with a comfy double bed and a sofa.
- The open plan kitchen and living area is very well-designed and equipped, with a comfy L-shaped sofa strategically located in front of a large flat screen TV, and a dining table with four chairs.
- In the kitchen you will find a good range of appliances and kitchen utensils, and there is also a large bench you can use for food preparation.
- There is a balcony in the living area with nice street views, and another balcony in the bedroom overlooking an interior patio.
- Rent includes a handy cleaning service every 10 days.
Things to keep in mind
- The sofa in the living area opens up to create a double bed.
- There is no oven in the kitchen.
