This modern 2-bedroom apartment for rent on Calle Conde de Lemos, Centro, is a bright and spacious property. This 107 m² apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, large living room and dining area, and a balcony. There is also a double bedroom with a private balcony, and a bedroom with twin single beds.
Located in the Centro area, this property is right in the heart of Madrid. It is surrounded by a huge range of restaurants, cafés and bars, and you are definitely spoiled for choice. This is a beautiful area, and you'll never find yourself without something to do. With easy access to public transport which will take you around Madrid, it's easy to get around and see what the surrounding areas have to offer.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to cook, as well as the washing machine.
- The bathroom is very spacious and is equipped with a large shower, sink and toilet.
- The living room has a small dining room with a table and chairs off it. There is also a couch and television.
- The bedrooms are both very spacious, and bedroom 1 has access to a private balcony.
- There is a balcony which can be accessed from the living room and overlooks the street below.
- This property is right in the heart of Madrid and everything that it has to offer.
Things to keep in mind
- Smoking is allowed throughout this property, and may have been done in the past.
- Bedroom 2 doesn't have any windows, but there are plenty of lights which keep it very light.
- The maximum stay is 1 year, but this can be renewed to allow for a longer stay.
