This 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Guillermo Rolland, in Centro is fully furnished and has plenty of style. The property has a loft level double bedroom, a lovely living area with gorgeous couch, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is 1 tidy tiled bathroom with a lovely shower over bath.
The apartment is located in Centro, and as the name suggests, you'll be right in the heart of this magical city. Madrid is a city best explored on foot, and from here you'll be within easy reach of iconic spots like Teatro Real and the Palacio Real de Madrid. If you need to go further afield, the Metro is close by.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is centrally located and well connected by the Metro.
- The apartment is super stylish, and has a very cool vibe and a unique layout.
- The apartment has been recently refurbished and is in excellent condition.
- The kitchen is well equipped and has an oven and stove.
- The comfortable living room has a huge U-shaped sofa. Marcos our runner noted that the sofa could accommodate up to 10 people. This has not been tested.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom is found up a staircase on an independent level. Although seperate from the living area, there is no door to this room.
- The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
- The bedroom is on the top floor of the building and has a low slated ceiling.
