It is located in Calle Zurbano, in Almagro, a prosperous area in the district of Chamberí, in the North of Madrid. This lovely residential area is very well connected and easily accesible, and this apartment is located a short walk away from four metro stations. The total floor area is 90 sqm.
What we liked the most
- Bedroom number 1 can be used as a study or home office, equipped with a large desk, two large wardrobes to store files or stationery and a bookcase. It also has a foldable single bed.
- There is plenty of storage space in this apartment, including built-in wardrobes in both rooms and additional space to store your belongings under the mattress of bedroom 2.
- The living area has a massive L-shaped sofa, perfect to curl up with a book or take an afternoon siesta.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is interior, but every room has a window overlooking a light well.
