This spacious 46m² property has an equipped kitchen, complete with a built-in oven and microwave and plenty of storage space. The master double bedroom has a generous walk-in closet, a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a glass rain shower, and an attached laundry room. A comfortable, contemporary base where you can relax.
Located quite centrally in between the trendy neighbourhoods of Almagro and Trafalgar, this apartment is just a 20-minute train ride from the city center. The nearest supermarket, post shop, and library are under 5-minutes' walk away. There are branded shops, several local and international restaurants, bars, cafes, and venues in the vicinity - this is a vibrant area with plenty to do.
What we liked the most
- The double bedroom has a modern ensuite and a large walk-in closet - simple luxuries in the city.
- The living space is furnished with a comfortable couch, where you can enjoy the flat-screen TV and stay warm with the heating unit.
- The apartment makes good use of its compact space, with plenty of built-in storage, a foldable attached dining table, and plenty of stylish shelving units.
