This 3-bedroom apartment, 1-bathroom apartment has a great location in the Guindalera neighborhood of Madrid's Salamanca district close to restaurants and shopping. It has a nice living room with pink couches. Each room has its own desk. The third bedroom is large with two single beds, and so could possibly house two people; great for students, good friends or renters on a budget. The home is on the 4th floor with an elevator. Parking is available for an extra 100 euros per month, and it should be noted that there is a 7 euro per month fee for trash pick-up.
This flat is fully furnished. The living room has a room divider, two sofas, a coffee table, a bookcase, a chest with several drawers for storage, and a small, older-model television set. The dining room has a round dining table with five chairs. There are also three shelving units in the dining area. The kitchen has a standard refrigerator, desk with microwave, natural butane gas stove, butane water heater, a sink and a washing machine. There are individual electric heaters in each room.
What we liked the most
- The common areas have lots of storage options, including a bookcase, drawers, shelving units, and a closet.
- The living room has a room divider and two sofas, so you'll have plenty of privacy when you want it.
- There are lots of windows, so the apartment is very bright.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is somewhat small, but it does have a refrigerator, natural gas stove, microwave, washing machine, and sink.
