Live in an apartment that feels like Madrid itself: a combination of traditional, modern, and bright. It's tall ceilings and many windows and balconies make the space feel even larger than it really is, and give you a birds-eye view of the busy neighborhood below. It's the perfect space for relaxing and entertaining alike, and you'll love it's modern furnishing and appliances.
And the privileged location of the apartment only further enhances its appeal. It's in the heart of the city: just a moment's walk from bustling Gran Vía and a few minutes more south to Puerta del Sol. Headed north, you'll find yourself exploring the fantastic restaurants and shops in hip Malasaña. On Calle Valverde alone, you have plenty of restaurants, bars, large and small shops, as well as corner stores for smaller items. You'll see quickly how full of life this neighborhood is!
What we liked the most
- The decor! This apartment has an incredible mix of traditional and modern features, such as the exposed wooden beams and colorful furnishings.
- This apartment is within walking distance of Sol, the tourist/historical center of the city, as well as all of the treasures to be found in trendy Malasaña.
- The fact that each window in this apartment has a balcony means that there is tons of natural light and makes the space feel even larger!
Things to keep in mind
- Due to the active nightlife in the neighborhood, Calle Valverde can get quite loud at night, especially on the weekends.
