This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Costanilla de Capuchinos has a superb location and is a super contemporary space. You enter into an open-plan kitchen and living room furnished with a large sofa bed, an ottoman, a TV and shelving. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is a high table with 4 stools that separates this space from the living room, and it also has a sliding door to a lovely green terrace, which also has a 4-seat table. The bedroom is spacious and has an ensuite bathroom and an interior patio view from the large window.
Lively Chueca is a diverse and friendly neighborhood with plenty of locals, immigrants, expats, artists and a strong LGBT community. The only groups you won’t see a lot of are tourists, although you will spot them. If you enjoy ethnic restaurants and shopping, then you’ll love living here. Major retailers and designer brand stores like Michael Kors, Calvin Klein and MAC Cosmetics are located on Calle de Fuencarral, just 3 minutes away. As for restaurants, Venezuelan, Turkish and Japanese spots are within a 5-minute walk, and there are plenty of tapas bars and cocktail bars nearby as well!

- You can catch a train at the Recoletos station, which is only a 12-minute walk (or an 8-minute taxi ride) away.
