Spotahome's opinion
This well laid out 45 square-foot, 6th floor apartment is located near Nuevos Ministerios and IE Business School in a nice, residential neighborhood that is well-connected to all points of Madrid. It features natural gas central heat, and parquet wood floors throughout. The building has an elevator.
This internal apartment makes very good use of space. The front door opens to a small foyer area, which has access to the bathroom, kitchen and living and dining room. The large living room is one your left, and the bedroom is on the other side of the living room.
What we liked the most
This home is fully furnished and equipped. The living room has a full-size couch, plush rug, a long TV table with storage underneath (there is currently no TV, but the landlord is willing to provide one for a long stay tenant.)
The kitchen and bathroom are modern and the kitchen has very new appliances including an electric glass top over with stove, front loading washing machine, and refrigerator. The home does not yet have a microwave but the landlord is willing to provide one.
