This 40 m², 1-bedroom apartment for rent offers a very cozy home for an individual or couple. The apartment is very elegant with beautiful modern pieces and amenities. There is an open layout kitchen and living room with a small dining table and breakfast bar, for meals on the go. The best part about this property is the private patio that comes with artificial grass so you can lay out and enjoy the sun. The bathroom is fully renovated and quite spacious.
The apartment is located in the Ríos Rosas neighborhood. This area is know for having lively nightlife as well as a lot of parks. You have two metro stops within a 5-minute walk and the Canal Isabel II sports center across the street.
What we liked the most
- There is a spacious interior patio with artificial grass, just waiting for you to add your personal touch.
- The bedroom has a very big built-in wardrobe.
- The living room is furnished with a couch, shelving, small dining table, and big flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, 2-burner electric stove, a washing machine, and a breakfast bar.
- The washing machine can also be used as a dryer.
- The bathroom has a very modern shower that with multiple shower heads and jets.
- The apartment is less than a 5-minute walk to two different metro stops and is right across from the huge Canal Isabel II sports center.
Things to keep in mind
