Here is a comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment 70-square meter flat on the second floor. Perfect for students, the flat is located is in Madrid's upscale Salamanca district and just a 5-minute walk from IE Business School. For a single bedroom apartment it is quite spacious with a great living room and an extra room near the entrance that could be used as a guest room or a study. It is located on the second floor with an elevator.
What we liked the most
- The entrance room has a couch that can also be used as a bed.
- The living room has two couches and a glass coffee table atop a nice rug.
- Both the kitchen and bathroom have been renovated recently.

There you find access to lines 4, 6, 7 and 9 of the metro, as well as city buses, an airport bus, as well as long distance buses that can take you all over Spain. The flat is also just a few blocks north of the Nuñez de Balboa metro stop, which has access to the line 5, which offers the quickest route to the heart of the city center.
