This recently renovated 2-bedroom apartment on Calle San Isidro Labrador, in La Latina, is fully furnished and comes equipped with AC. The interior property covers an area of 70 m² and has 1 stylish bathroom and an open plan kitchen and living area.
The apartment is located just 5 minutes from the Metro, and close to the Royal Palace, El Rastro Market, and the Plaza Mayor. The stunning Madrid Rio is also located nearby, which offers a fantastic venue to walk, cycle, or enjoy a drink in the open air.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is nicely decorated throughout.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- The flat screen television can be enjoyed from a comfortable sofa.
- The bathroom is beautifully tiled and has a bathtub.
- Marcos the homecheker told us that he really loved this property.
- You will find numerous cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 2 does not have a window, and can get dark easily.
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
