What we liked the most

  • All rooms accept couples, making them ideal choices for those relocating to Valencia with their significant others.
  • Located in the heart of the historical center of Valencia, you'll be within walking distance from historical monuments and the city's major attractions.
  • With the metro station and the North Station, Valencia's main train station, within a 10 minute walk, getting around the city will be easy for tenants.
  • The whole flat is renovated and offers parquet flooring, modern amenities, and simple yet colorful furniture.
  • The rooms are well furnished and very spacious. They all come with sofas and plenty of storage space for all your belongings.
  • We love the exposed brick walls in some parts and wrought iron ceiling in the kitchen. These aspects, mixed with the bright red furniture, create a pleasant contrast between rustic and modern.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen does not come with an oven.
  • The bathroom is divided into two: you'll find the shower and sink in one and the toilet and another sink in the other.

The Estació del Nord, the main train station in Valencia, is a 9 minute walk away. You can reach the University of Valencia in just a few minutes by taking the bus number 81 from the Padilla - Music Peydro station. Valencia beach is just under 45 minutes away and you can reach it with the bus number 32 from the Pl. de l'Ajuntament - Barques station. Metro station Xativa, with access to lines 3, 5, and 9 which will take you to the airport, is a 7 minute walk.
