The apartment has big windows, wood floor boards, and high ceilings with wooden beams. There are stylish vintage pieces that add charm and class to the apartment. There is 1 bedroom on the main floor, and 2 bedrooms in the attic.
Malasaña is the perfect neighborhood if you are looking for a central location full of energy. On Calle de la Cruz Verde, the apartment is surrounded by cinemas, theaters, and 3 Starbucks. Too crowded? Part of this neighborhood's charm is finding those craft beer bars and cute cafes.
What we liked the most
- Every corner of the apartment adds to the colorful and stylish atmosphere.
- The apartment receives a lot of sun.
- The shower is huge and comes with 2 different shower heads.
- If you like decorations, you will love the classic lamps.
- The kitchen is small, but has a mini refrigerator and washing machine.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located in the attic with low ceilings, so they may be a bit uncomfortable for taller tenants.
