This is a lovely 1-bedroom apartment for rent in Atocha district of Madrid.
The apartment opens into the kitchen, which comes fully furnished with a microwave oven, electric stove and also a washing machine. The kitchen also has a small dining table and chairs.
Next up is the bedroom, which is a very large room with a double bed, 2 chairs, a small dresser, a hanging rail and shoe drawers, a standalone wardrobe, and even a television. The bedroom also houses the sink and a mirror, while the shower and toilet are located in an adjacent room. Note that the landlady is happy to provide an extra desk if required - but a minor reshuffle will be required! The bedroom is an interior room but has windows to the interior patio.
The landlady owns 2 other apartments in this block, so there is a storage room with cleaning products that you will have access to.
