This 40 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is a peaceful interior home in the heart of the lively Lavapiés. The apartment is compact but has great features such as a private interior patio, a kitchen island, and a spacious bathroom. The main room is an open kitchen and living room with a comfortable couch and large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of storage space. The bedroom is cozy with a double bed and gets plenty of fresh air from the patio window.
On Calle de la Esperanza, you are in the heart of Lavapiés known for its bustling plazas, cool bars, and delicious restaurants. If you are looking to live somewhere central, then you will love this location. You have plenty to explore in your neighborhood, but are also walking distance to other areas in the center such as Sol and La Latina. When you need to move a bit further you are also well-connected by metro and bus.
What we liked the most
- We love that the bedroom opens up onto the small interior patio.
- There is an extendable dining table, great for hosting guests.
- The island can be used for meals, as a work space, and has built-in storage.
- The bathroom is modern and has high ceilings.
