This amazing 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Paseo de la Castellana is just inside the Nueva España district, and across the street from Tetuán. It’s perfectly situated on the 14th floor of a tall building and has a fantastic balcony that stretches from the open concept living and dining area to the large bedroom. Morning, noon or night, you’ll get full use out of the outdoor space, where you can relax with a coffee or share a romantic meal at a table overlooking the city. If you prefer dining indoors, there is a table for four just inside, and a comfortable sofa where you can watch TV.
Nueva España has everything you need within walking distance, including a gym, dentist, hair stylists, and the Moda shopping plaza. There are local markets in the area, as well as numerous sit-down and take-out restaurants. If you’re feeling indulgent, one night, you can visit the Casino Park in Tetuán, only 12 minutes away, take in rotating art and history presentations at the Arte Canal Exhibitions Center, which is a 2-minute walk, or catch Real Madrid FC play on their home turf at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, just down the street. Getting downtown to do some shopping or tourist activities is super simple, with accessible bus and metro stations nearby.
What we liked the most
- In a relatively flat city like Madrid, being high up on a tall building can result in incredible views, and the large balcony in this apartment definitely makes the most of it.
- The famous Gate of Europe twin towers, also known as the KIO towers, are just 5 minutes away, so you won't ever have trouble finding your way home.
- Santiago Bernabéu, home of Real Madrid, is at the distance of only 10 minutes by foot.
