This 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent on the popular Calle del Pez in the heart of Malasaña. The interior apartment measures 60 m² and has an open-plan living and kitchen area. It is well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay when you move in.
Calle del Pez is one of the most popular streets in the already popular Malasaña district. Lined along its whole length with bars and restaurants, there's always something to do on the street, or along any of the streets nearby. Add to that its proximity to the Chueca area, which has great shopping (and more great nightlife), and to the city centre, and you have a superb location from which to experience Madrid.
What we liked the most
- The property is located in the exciting and popular Malasaña neighborhood-- the perfect home for anyone who wants to be in the heart of Madrid's trendy communities!
- The kitchen is fully equipped.
- All the bedrooms are bright and sunny.
- You have lots of great public transportation nearby the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- Calle del Pez is a very busy street in the evening, but the apartment is interior, so the noise shouldn't be a problem.
