This 35 m², 1- bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle de la Madera in the heart of Malasaña. The apartment has an open-plan living room and kitchen area with a dining table, sofa, TV, and equipped kitchen. The apartment is contemporary and practical with both a sofa bed and extendable dining table. There is wood flooring and modern amenities throughout.
You will be living in one of the coolest areas of the city, and very centrally too. Just a few moments from Callao, a large Plaza and popular meeting point just to the north of Puerta del Sol, you can walk to the centre of the city within 5-10 minutes. This location has the best of everything: in Malasaña, Centro, and near Chueca, you have some of the best shopping, dining and nightlife in the city.
What we liked the most
- We love the wood flooring.
- You have central heating and an AC unit.
- The couch opens up into a double bed.
- Kick back and relax with the large flat-screen TV.
- The shower comes with massage jets – perfect way to end a long day.
- You are in trendy and central location with plenty to do withing walking distance.
