Located on Calle General Margallo, this 3-bedroom apartment available to rent provides a comfortable and spacious home. The bedrooms vary in size, but all of them have large wardrobes and shelving units that provide plenty of storage space. You can choose to spend time with friends or family in the large living room furnished with 2 couches and a dining table, or the spacious kitchen where you have an additional table. There is 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet room.
Tetuán is a residential neighborhood that has plenty of local bars and restaurants, but is also well-connected to the rest of the city. You have a corner store right across the street, which is always great for last minute purchases. For days you don't feel like cooking, you also have plenty of restaurants to choose from. The Tetuán metro is about 1 minute away, and a bit further you have the Cuzco stop.
What we liked the most
- There is AC in the living room and bedroom 2 to help you survive Madrid's hot summers.
- Bedroom 1 has an additional pull-out single bed.
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a private balcony.
- A dishwasher is always useful for quick clean-up.
- The full bathroom is quite spacious and has a lot of storage space.
- You are surrounded by shops, restaurants, and metro stops.
