There are rooms available for rent in this furnished 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment close to Granada City Center. With an area of 170 m², the apartment is spacious with a comfortable living room kitchen with two refrigerators and a separate cleaning area for washing clothes and storing supplies.
On Calle Conde Cifuentes, you are right outside the center allowing you to enjoy the tranquility of Ronda, with all your shopping needs just minutes away. When in need of some trees and fresh air head over to Parque García Lorca – ideal for picnics!
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to Granada city center.
- Four of the rooms have interior patio views, so you don’t have to worry about street noise.
- All rooms receive natural light.
- All rooms have a heating unit, so you can keep as warm as you like when it gets cold.
- The rooms are very spacious and furnished for upmost comfortability.
- There are two refrigerators so there won’t be any fights for food space.
Things to keep in mind
- The balcony can only be accessed through one of the rooms, but you can work out an agreement with that roommate to gain access. What are roommates for anyway?
