This six-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Maudes in the Ríos Rosas section of Chamberí, the most castizo of Madrid’s districts. The area is also close to the multicultural Cuatro Caminos neighborhood, which has excellent transport connections to the center of Madrid and to the Ciudad Universitaria area.
What we liked the most
There is a Metro access right across the street from the apartment! There is a separate dining area, perfect for entertaining or studying. There’s a common storage area for cleaning supplies, as a well as a cleaning service. There are two fridges!
Things to keep in mind
There aren’t TVs in the bedrooms, but each bedroom has the wiring needed if you want to buy or bring your own The washing machine is in the bathroom (this is normally in the kitchen)
