This shared exterior 4-bedroom apartment with rooms available for rent is based on Calle Seminario, right in Granada city centre. All bedrooms are fully furnished, featuring large desks, perfect for your studies and plenty of storage for your belongings. The tenants will have access to a shared bathroom, equipped with a shower, a living room with a dining area and a balcony with fourth-floor views of the street. As you will be located in Granada city centre, you will have easy access to University of Granada and the train station. You will also be able to enjoy the best of what Granada has to offer, from plazas and historical buildings to nightclubs. The area of the apartment is 100 m².
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has plenty of cupboards and drawers where you can store your dishes and cutlery.
- The living room features a storage unit with a television and a sofa, along with a dining area and the access to the balcony with fourth floor views of the street and the opposite building.
- Even though this is an exterior apartment, it is quiet and peaceful.
- We love the bright shared bathroom, featuring beautiful and unique tiles.
- Behind the kitchen, you will find the laundry area with a washing machine.
Things to keep in mind
- Please note that the kitchen lacks an oven, but you will be able to use a fully functioning microwave, as well as the stove.
