Known for housing one of Spain’s most famous historical monuments, the Alhambra, Albaicin is a emblematic to the city not only for its sites but for its winding streets and local culture. The apartment is also close to the Centro district, allowing tenants to access commercial, dining, and entertainment options with ease. This flat is a unique property, spanning 30 m2 and divided into two levels, and features an open-plan kitchen and living room area. Though quaint with its beamed ceilings and wooden furniture, it is fully equipped with an oven, washing machine, and even an extractor! The bedroom has a low double bed, 2 built-in wardrobes, and nightstands; a perfect option for an individual who wants a lot of room to stretch out or a couple looking for an intimate space to share. Either way, you’ll have a great home with this 1 bedroom flat to come back to at the end of the day!
What we liked the most
- This apartment is absolutely stunning- the beamed ceilings, wooden furniture and furnishings, and other rustic elements create a nice contrast with modern amenities like the fully equipped kitchen and flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, and cutlery.
- The living room, located on the first floor, receives a lot of sunlight from its big windows.
- The sofa in the living room opens up into a bed so you can accommodate guests with ease.
- The upstairs bedroom, accessible via winding stairs, is very cozy and has quaint views of the patio.
- In the heart of Albaicyn, this 1 bedroom apartment will allow tenants to explore the history of Granada with ease and comfort.
