This one bedroom, one bathroom renovated apartment is a great opportunity to live in the center of Granada and have an affordable flat. Situated on Calle Elvira, this flat could not be more centrally located. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and is stylishly decorated. As part of the open plan, the living room and kitchen lead into one another, but have a trendy breakfast bar as a means of separation, that is great for enjoying a meal or nice glass of wine. The balcony of this 36m3 apartment has nice first floor views and all windows are updated and allow for plenty of natural light, while keeping out the neighborhood noise. As it is in the Centro district, this flat is also within a short walk to one of the main streets, Gran Via.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has a nice back-splash that is composed of different colored tiles.
- The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a great amenity to have.
- Air Conditioning is available in most rooms.
- The rental price is quite affordable.
Things to keep in mind
- The building is not equipped with an elevator.
- Wi-Fi is included in the renal price, however no other utilities are included.
