A two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with utilities included is available for rent in North Wall Quay, Dublin's North Inner City. This fantastic location right by the River Liffey is within walking distance to most of Dublin's main attractions, include bustling Temple Bar, the old city centre, and Grafton street. The area is also served by the Docklands railway station, Spencer Dock light train station and several bus lines, enabling easy travel to other corners of the city. This 80 sqm flat has a spacious balcony with panoramic city and river views, and all rooms receive a good amount of natural light. It is equipped with all the modern amenities one could expect from a new building, including a full kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, central heating, a washer-dryer and Wi-Fi, and would make a great home for families, couples, students or professionals.

What we liked the most

  • This stylish apartment is superbly equipped and immaculate presented.
  • The modern kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave and a range of cooking accessories.
  • The balcony is accessed via the living area and has beautiful views over the River Liffey.
  • The living area has a dining table with six chairs and a sectional sofa placed in front of a television.
  • Bedroom 1 is furnished with twin beds, and bedroom 2 has both a double bed and single bed.
  • There is one shared bathroom and bedroom 2 has its own ensuite.
  • Finding space for personal items will not be a problem, with built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms and hallway.
  • Rent includes all bills, bed linen and towels.

Things to keep in mind

  • The rental price covers all utilities, but this can be negotiated if the tenant would prefer to pay for bills separately.
  • Parking space is available but has to be rented separately.
