A bright studio apartment is available to rent in Dublin's relatively central Ballsbridge neighbourhood. This property is elegant and stylish, with a large main room which serves as a living room and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dryer and a dishwasher.
This flat is located on Pembroke Road in Ballsbridge. You will be living a short bus ride or walk from the city centre. There are shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants on the nearby Pembroke Road. You can reach other parts of Dublin on foot, you can catch the bus, or you can walk 10 minutes to Lansdowne train station. Herbert Park is 13 minutes away for when you want to spend time outdoors.
What we liked the most
- This flat is spacious and has a double bed.
- The interior is stylish and looks brand new.
- There is a washing machine and a dryer, so you can do your laundry at home.
- Lansdowne train station is only about 10 minutes away.
- When you need fresh air, you can got to Herbert Park which is 13 minutes away.
