This 50 m² apartment is available to rent on Rue le Corrége in the Schuman district. The spacious apartment comprises a large living room which leads on to the equally large dining room, along with a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a kitchen. The apartment also has access to a small terrace, and a balcony, which overlooks the street. Wooden floors, bright windows, and comfortable furnishings make this a welcoming apartment, comfortable from the moment you arrive.
What a fantastic location in the city, too. Ideal for a civil servant working in one of the EU buildings, You'll be less than 10-minutes walking from the European Commission, and less than 20 from the European Parliament. All of your day-to-day amenities can be found nearby at Rond-point Robert Schuman, and you'll be right next to the beautiful Parc du Cinquantenaire.
What we liked the most
- Summer in this apartment will be lovely, with both a terrace and a balcony to relax on in the sun.
- The apartment is very secure, with a pin-locked door.
- There is a double-sofa bed in the living room, and a toilet room separate from the en-suite bathroom – perfect for guests.
- You're living in the heart of European diplomacy, and what better way to secure a trade deal than a good meal? There are some excellent restaurants in the surrounding area!
