This large one bedroom exterior apartment with terrace and balcony is located in the upmarket suburb Ixelles. Brussels. The apartment is spacious with a large living area and plenty of storage making is an excellent choice for a couple or an individual. The balcony to the exterior and terrace to the interior add to the already large space, illuminating the entire apartment. The apartment is located within reach of universities, city center and the European Institutions, therefore it is perfectly situated for professionals, students or interns. Public transport will get you around the city in no time and night bus services run frequently so you can also enjoy the eclectic Brussels nightlife. The apartment is 60m2.

What we liked the most

  • The terrace is a great size with a fantastic view overlooking the city, this is a great space for barbecues, socialising and relaxing at the weekend or after a long day.
  • The balcony is exterior and overlooks the street, it just off the living area and adds a great deal of light and space to the whole apartment.
  • Ixelles is an excellent neighbourhood to be in, residential yet with a great many bars, restaurants and theaters around so there is always something to do. It is close to the city center, universities and European Institutions so ideal for professionals and students.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen does not come with an oven yet has all of the other necessary facilities for cooking and adjoins with the living area making it a welcoming space.
  • There are no washing facilities in the apartment however there is a laundrette nearby.

How to book

Transportation

The apartment is very well connected with public transport links. The Germoir tram station is seven minutes from the apartment by foot and connects with line B1. The N08 night bus runs from Germoir bus stop, and line 95 during the day. Three minutes from the apartment is Malibran bus stop connecting with bus lines 38 and 60 while only two minutes from the apartment is Wery bus stop with line 59. Place de Flagey is around five minutes from the apartment and has night buses N09 which goes from Gare Centrale, the central train station. Bus line 71 can also be taken from here and Tram station Flagey is also found here. European Institutions, universities and city center can all be accessed by public transport in under twenty minutes.
