This 1-bedroom apartment in Etterbeek is equipped with central heating and opens out onto a lovely private terrace. The spacious 70 m² property has a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with 2 sofas, TV, and dining table, and a modern bathroom with a large bathtub.

The apartment has a convenient location in an area filled with restaurants, shops and bars. Parc du Cinquantenaire and the Schuman area are nearby, and the tram stops 2 minutes away.

What we liked the most

  • The bedroom has a mezzanine level which can be used as storage space or set up according to your needs.
  • The terrace has 2 levels and can be accessed from the living area and the bedroom.
  • The spacious kitchen comes with all you need to cook.
  • There is plenty of storage space.
  • You have your own private laundry room which is located in the basement.
