The 90 sqm apartment has 1 bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a patio where you will find a washing machine and a clothes drying rack, all of which are shared with the landlady. The apartment is nicely decorated and filled with plenty of natural light, giving it a bright friendly feel.
