This 61 sqm apartment features charming wooden floors, plenty of windows, and is equipped with high quality furniture and accessories, creating a refined and welcoming living environment. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large built-in closet, making this flat a good option for couples. The open plan kitchen and dining area comes with all that is needed to cook, dine, and unwind, complete with a comfortable sofa and flat screen television. This bright exterior apartment has central air-conditioning, access to a roof-top swimming pool, and is conveniently located on Passeig de Calvell, only five minutes from the beach.

What we liked the most

  • This flat is very bright and airy, with several full-length glass windows that let in natural light.
