This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central A/C and heating and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes in the dryer or on a rack inside the apartment. Wi-Fi is installed and activated on the property. Parking is available in the same building for an additional 100€+iva.

Spotahome's opinion

This bright and modern 2 bedroom apartment is close to the beach and perfect for young professionals or a couple. It features high ceilings, parquet floors and an open floor plan, all of which make it seem much larger than its 61 sqm. The beautiful designer kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, plenty of prep space, and a breakfast bar. A large sliding door separates the second bedroom from the living space, and this area could also be used as a home office or simply an extension of the living room. The spacious master bedroom features a built in wardrobe and large windows that let in plenty of light and offer a great view. The modern bathroom has a big and beautiful shower with the added convenience of being separate from the sink and vanity. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, flat screen television, pool access, and central heat and A/C. Perhaps the best amenity of all is the apartment's proximity to the beach, which is a short walk from the apartment, along with bike and running paths and great bars and restaurants.

What we liked the most

  • The location is unbeatable, a stone's throw from the beach but also close to the city center.
  • This apartment has luxury amenities that are difficult to find in a city, such as an oven, washer and dryer, and pool access.
  • The entire apartment is modern and brand new.
  • All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.
  • The apartment is pet-friendly!

Things to keep in mind

  • The second bedroom is quite small, however it is more than sufficient for a guest bedroom or home office.
