Spotahome is proud to present a lovely one bedroom apartment situated in the Villa Olímpica neighborhood of Barcelona! Located on Passeig de Calvell, this flat has so many wonderful things to offer, from the rooftop pool access, availability of air conditioning, as well as having a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Barcelona. The apartment is available for rent in its entirety and offers one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom offers twin beds, with two night stands and a built-in wardrobe that allows for plenty of storage for your belongings. This exterior flat has a a spacious living room that features a stylish red sofa, large floor to ceiling windows that provide natural lighting, and a flat screen television. The 54m2 flat also allows pets, perfect for tenants that have furry friends.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the beach.
  • There is access to a pool on the rooftop, a rare amenity in Barcelona.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, oven, stove-top and plenty of counter space for cooking!

The English speaking landlord does not live on the property and requires one month rent as a deposit for stays of under six months, and two months rent as a deposit for stays of over six months. Smoking is not allowed, however pets are permitted. Rent can be paid by cash, bank transaction, or credit card. * Late check-in fee: €30 from 19:00 to 00:00. €50 after 00:00.

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
