A 35 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in El Raval. The cosy bedroom has a double bed and gets plenty of natural light from a skylight. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare your meals and there is a nice living room with good options for seating. There is also a small balcony with nice views of the interior patio.
The location is unbeatable—on Carrer de Sant Pau, in the heart of vibrant El Raval, which is full of hip bars and restaurants waiting to be discovered. You are also really close to Las Ramblas and Pompeu Fabra University.
What we liked the most
- There are stylish wooden beams in the ceiling throughout the property. Beautifully rustic!
- The living room has a spare bed, which provides extra seating and a place to house night guests.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no elevator, and you're on the 4th floor.
- This is a 1-bedroom apartment, not a 2-bedroom. Please see floor plan for correct layout.
