This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. It has air-conditioning for heating and electric water heating. You can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment or in the balcony. Wi-Fi is installed and it is activated.

This attractive one bedroom, one bathroom apartment combines charming historical features and modern conveniences to create a unique living space. It features an open plan kitchen and living area with a dishwasher, washing machine, television and a large dining table. There are also two balconies which can be fully opened to let in fresh air and natural light, but the flat is also equipped with air-conditioning, which will come very handy during the hot summer months. This cozy home is located on Carrer de Sant Pau, in El Raval, amongst many of the attractions that make Barcelona such a unique city. The Boqueria and Sant Antoni markets, the Filmoteca de Catalunya, the Rambla del Raval, the Museum of Contemporary Art and countless pubs and great eateries are all located within walking distance. Barcelona's beach is 20 minutes from the flat using public transport and the University of Barcelona is only 1 kilometre away. The apartment for rent is exterior and has a floor area of 50 sqm.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is beautifully decorated using a warm colour palette combined with dark wooden finishes.
  • The open plan kitchen and living area is bright and welcoming, ideal for spending time with friends or relaxing in front of the television.
  • The dishwasher will save you lots of cleaning time after dinner.
  • There are two air-conditioning units, one in the living area and one in the bedroom.
  • The bedroom has two bedside tables with lamps, allowing tenants to read in the comfort of their bed.
  • There are two small balconies with beautiful views of Plaça de Salvador Seguí, one adjoining the kitchen and one accessed via the bedroom.
  • El Raval is a vibrant and fun place to live!

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator.
  • There is no oven in the apartment, but it is otherwise fully equipped for cooking.
  • The bedroom has two single beds, which can be put together to create a double bed.
  • The apartment will be equipped with a television, even if it cannot be seen in the photos.
