This 4-bedroom apartment to rent on Av. del Paral·lel in Poble-sec is comfortable and spacious, with all the modern conveniences, including a washing machine and dishwasher. 3 bedrooms have single beds, and 1 has twin beds that can be pushed together to form a double. In the large open-plan dining and living room, you’ll find 2 large comfy sofas that also turn into double beds. It’s a lot of space that can fit up to 10 people, so having 2 full bathrooms is a bonus. Even more exciting is the terrace, with a second dining table for 6, and a couple of lounge chairs where you can sit back and read, while enjoying the fresh air.

Your apartment in Poble-sec is quite possibly the best location in all of Barcelona. It’s pretty much at the center between Montjuïc and the Gothic Quarter, and the Mediterranean isn’t that far away, either. Even so, you’re only an 8-minute walk from The Magic Fountain, where you can go to enjoy evening light shows every night if you want. If not, then you’re close to 2 theaters, and 2 amusement centers. If you’re a student, the Carles Ibáñez School of Ballet is a brief 5-minute walk and the University of Barcelona is only a 14-minute bus ride away.
