A three bedroom interior apartment, located on Carrer del Bon Succes in a diverse area of El Raval, is available for rent, perfect for those who would prefer to live close to the city centre. The 100m2 apartment consists of three fully furnished bedrooms, a comfortable living area with a balcony, a large TV and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is perfect for a family as it features a room with bunk beds, ideal for children. To ensure your stay will be as comfortable as possible, air conditioning is also available. You will be living close to the University of Barcelona as well as metro stations which can take you to the beach in just 20 minutes! The area is full of shops, museums, bars and restaurants and is just a short walk away from Barcelona port.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has an air conditioning unit, which you can also use as a heating system.
  • You will be located very close to Barcelona city centre.
  • The beach is just 20 minutes away!
  • The apartment has recently been renovated and features brand new furniture.
  • Two of the rooms and the living room have balconies with relaxing fourth floor views - a perfect place for having your morning coffee.
  • The kitchen is fully furnished, complete with a dishwasher and an oven.
