This exterior 130 sqm apartment has been recently renovated and offers three bedrooms, an elegant living space, a modern kitchen, two bathrooms and one toilet. It has a spacious private terrace and a balcony overlooking the street. It is located in a handy central location on Carrer de la Diputació in the neighborhood of L'Eixample, within close proximity to Passeig de Gràcia, one of Barcelona's most important streets. Exploring the city and beyond will be easy, with Passeig de Gràcia Station also located within a five minute walk. This is one of Barcelona's most central and busiest railway stations as well as being an important stop for the Barcelona Metro network.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment has a huge private terrace equipped with a large dining table, perfect for entertaining. This gorgeous outdoor space is interior, so it doesn't get much street noise.
  • There is also a lovely small balcony overlooking Carrer de la Diputació which is accessed via the living area.
  • The large and cozy open plan living and dining area is a great space to relax with your family or roommates at the end of the day.
  • There is a separate laundry room containing a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a rack to dry your washing and plenty space to store your cleaning products.
  • There is one shared fully equipped bathroom and one shared toilet room with only a sink and a toilet The second bathroom is ensuite to bedroom 1.
  • The apartment is very stylish and elegant and comes with carefully selected top of the range furniture and equipment.

Things to keep in mind

  • The owner of this apartment owns several apartments within this building, and this one is very similar to one across the hall on the same floor.
  • Bedrooms 2 and 3 are interior, but both have windows overlooking a light-well.
