This 1-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Sant Pere Mitjà, El Born, covers a spacious 70 m² and has lots of charm. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and there is a living area with a sofa as well as a separate fully equipped kitchen. There is also 1 full bathroom and a separate toilet room.

The apartment enjoys an excellent central location, close to the Barcelona-Arc de Triomf station and the stunning Ciutadella Park. Many of the city's most well-known landmarks are located within walking distance, including the Santa Caterina Market, Cathedral of Barcelona, and the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar.
