A pet-friendly one bedroom apartment is available for rent in the stylish neighborhood of El Born. Located on Plaça de Sant Agusti Vell this bright flat is furnished with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room: a great amenity to have when visitors are in town. This 30m2 apartment is just a 20 minute walk away from the beach and is even closer to the green park of Ciutadella Park, perfect for tenants that enjoy the outdoors. Tenants will also have the ease of access to the rest of the city, as there are several metro and bus stations near by, including Barceloneta, Jaume I and Arc de Triomf.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen has a skylight in the ceiling, adding natural light to the already bright area.
  • There is a sofa that can be used as a bed; perfect for when visitors are in town.
  • The apartment is just minutes away from the Ciutadella Park, a large park that is home to the Barcelona Zoo.
  • Wi-Fi is already installed in the flat!
