This 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Carrer d’En Cortines has a cozy open-plan kitchen,living and dining area, a modern bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, and a second room with a single plus a trundle bed and balcony. The living area is furnished with the economy of space in mind. There is a sofa, and a contemporary dining table with folding leafs that can be opened to accommodate up to four people for a meal. Wooden beam ceilings and window shutters in this area create a rustic feel, while bolder choices in the kitchen space are more lively and vibrant. The one-wall kitchen is equipped, and includes a washing machine.

El Born is a sought after area to live in because it’s right near the downtown center and with winding narrow streets, it maintains the charm of nearby Barri Gòtic. Your apartment is located on the edge of Ciutadella park, only a 3-minute walk to Arc de Triomf, so you’ll spot more tourists than other parts of the neighborhood. However, you won’t find it quite as crowded as Gothic Quarter. It’s a perfect spot from where to explore the city, as well as an ideal neighborhood to live. There are several Spanish and ethnic restaurants around the block, the supermarket is a 2-minute walk away, and there is a bike rental station that’s also 2 minutes away.
