This 65 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in the Sant Martí district provides a fully renovated, move-in ready home.There is an open-concept kitchen and living room, ideal for cooking and entertaining, that opens up onto a small balcony. The interior balcony keeps the main area constantly bright and fresh. Down the corridor you find the 2 bedrooms, fully furnished, and 1 full bathroom.

The apartment is located in the La Sagrera area of the Sant Martí district. This district is located to the north of Barcelona providing a more residential atmosphere. Despite being on the outskirts of the city center, you are very well-connected by several metro lines and commuter trains, less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The surrounding area has banks, grocery stores, and several small parks to enjoy.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has stylish decor, as well as new furniture and appliances.
  • You can enjoy a nice meal out on the living room balcony.
  • Bedroom 1 has a private balcony and a big built-in wardrobe.
  • The exterior windows block out the street noise, to keep the apratment nice and quiet.
