This modern 1-bedroom apartment for rent in Poblenou is perfect for both couples and individuals. The living area is decorated with a world map on the main wall, to ensure your wanderlust during your stay in Barcelona and a giant mirror on the other. High ceilings throughout the apartment create a feeling of light and space. The interior bedroom receives plenty of natural light and is simply furnished with a double bed and 2 closets. The study receives a lot of sun and with great views of the courtyard is the perfect place for a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning.

The apartment is located a 15-minute walk to the beach or you can go by bike or bus. Right outside your door, you have bakeries, cafes, bar, a fruit store and even a rental bike station, which you can use to get to Glòries shopping mall. Within a 10 minute walk radius, you also have the supermarkets Mercadona, Condis and Lidl.

What we liked the most

  • There are giant windows opening into a peaceful courtyard with a counter top where you can read or work.
  • It is a leisurely 15 minute walk to the beach, faster on bike.
  • The high ceilings provides plenty space so it does not feel like cramped.
  • There is an old world Spanish charm to the apartment.
