Located in the Guinardó district of Barcelona is this trendy 48, 1-bedroom apartment available to rent. Recently renovated, the apartment is brand new with a modern and practical design. There is an easy flow from the kitchen to the living room giving the sensation of a large common area. The bathroom is ensuite and the bedroom comes with a double bed.

Guinardó is a charming residential area that is home to some university campuses and the Parc de les Aigües. You are well-connected to the city by bus and metro, but are also close to neighboring Grácia which makes for a nice evening stroll. There are several small parks nearby as well as all your basic amenities.

What we liked the most

  • The frosted doors and windows add to the apartment's bright and airy feel.
  • The comfortable couch also opens up into a sofa bed.
  • For those lazy nights in, you have a large flat-screen TV to keep you entertained.
  • The interior patio gives you some extra storage space.
  • There is a metro stop really close by.
