What we liked the most

  • We really like the apartments in Valencia city centre as they have easy access to both university and the beach. You'll be surrounded by plenty of things to do and there are many paellas waiting for you to try.
  • The cosy living room has a small, sunny balcony which overlooks the street.
  • All rooms are fully furnished and bedrooms 1, 2, 3 and 4 are absolutely perfect for couples!

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment has three shared bathrooms, however, only one features both a shower and a toilet.
  • Please note that the kitchen doesn't have an oven, but you will be able to use a fully functioning microwave.
  • There is no AC.

The Estació del Nord, the main train station in Valencia, is a 9 minute walk away. You can reach the University of Valencia in just a few minutes by taking the bus number 81 from the Padilla - Music Peydro station. Valencia beach is just under 45 minutes away and you can reach it with the bus number 32 from the Pl. de l'Ajuntament - Barques station. Metro station Xativa, with access to lines 3, 5, and 9 which will take you to the airport, is a 7 minute walk.
