The neighborhood of the flat, Ciutat Vella, is the historical center of Valencia and as such, you'll find culture, history, and entertainment all within walking distance. In fact, one of Spotahome's favorites - Mercat Central - is just around the corner! The apartment is fully renovated and offers a spacious, modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms to be shared among tenants. All rooms are spacious and most offer a sofa in addition to 1 or 2 beds. These rooms would be perfect for those looking to live in central Valencia with a comfortable home to make as their base!

The Estació del Nord, the main train station in Valencia, is a 9 minute walk away. You can reach the University of Valencia in just a few minutes by taking the bus number 81 from the Padilla - Music Peydro station. Valencia beach is just under 45 minutes away and you can reach it with the bus number 32 from the Pl. de l'Ajuntament - Barques station. Metro station Xativa, with access to lines 3, 5, and 9 which will take you to the airport, is a 7 minute walk.
