What else can we say about this apartment other than it's perfect? It's located on Carrer del Plus Ultra in the neighborhood of Quatre Carreres, and it absolutely fits the street's name as it's plus ultra modern and stylish. This is an incredible opportunity for female students who want to live in style, close to the city centre. The 79m2 apartment itself consists of a living room, filled with cosy sofas that are just waiting to take your stress away. You will also be able to enjoy making your meals in a completely furnished kitchen and sleep away your troubles in your fully furnished bedroom. The apartment also has a bathroom with plenty of storage and a double bath. You will be sharing the communal areas with the landlord's mother. Are you ready for the biggest bonus point? All utilities are included in the rent, to really make sure you have a stress free stay.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is stylish, featuring various decorations and plenty of storage throughout.
  • We really (and we mean really) like the living room - those sofas look like a great way to snuggle up with a book and a cup of tea while catching up on your favorite TV show.
  • The apartment also has air conditioning - Valencia can reach high degrees during the summertime and having a place where you can cool off is absolutely essential.
  • The shared bathroom is tiled with beautiful flower patterns and features a cosy bath that will melt your troubles away.
  • To make sure your stress levels are kept as low as possible, all utilities are included in the rent.
  • If requested, a double bed can be added instead of the single bed in your bedroom.

Things to keep in mind

  • The building in this apartment doesn't have an elevator, so the tenant will have to use the stairs.
  • The second room in the flat is occupied by the Landlord's mother and the third room is not rented.
