A bedroom is available to rent in this sunny apartment in Quatre Carreres, in the southeastern part of the city. This neighborhood, home to Valencia's famous City of Arts and Sciences, has great amenities. While much of the center is within walking distance, there are also several bus lines, supermarkets, and restaurants close by.
The apartment is shared with a young couple and is sunny and spacious. From the bright living room you can access a lovely terrace, and the extra bedroom is ideal for studying. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, washing machine, and breakfast table, as well as a small adjacent terrace for storage and drying clothes.
What we liked the most
- This apartment has A/C, so you will be comfortable during Valencia's hot summers.
- There is a washing machine, so you will save money on laundry.
- We love the bright living room and the double doors leading to the terrace.
