Or you can opt to relax in the comfort of your own room, each furnished with a TV!

What we liked the most

  • Every bedroom has its own TV, so you will be able to watch a movie or some sports from the privacy of your room.
  • There is also an electric fan per room, which will come in very handy in summer!
  • There is a common area furnished with a dining table, where you can share a drink or a meal with your flatmates.
  • The modern kitchen is equipped with all you need for cooking, including an oven, a stove, fridge/freezer and a microwave.
  • There are 2 shared bathrooms, one of them equipped with a bathtub.
  • Rent includes a cleaning service of the common areas every 2 weeks.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 1 and 2 are exterior, facing the street, and rooms 3 - 5 are interior and more silent, with windows overlooking an interior patio.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
